Standard Information

  • Lease periods are a standard 6 or 12 months.
  • Apartment suites are fully furnished.
  • Laundry on site: $2 per wash and $1 per 10 minutes of dryer time, with outdoor hanging lines available.
  • Entry requirements are simple: photographic ID, proof of employment (a contract, employment offer or recent payslips), your best email and best mobile number. Supporting rental history from a real estate agency is preferred.
  • An in-person inspection is preferred but not required for interstate or international tenants who need a place secured before they arrive.
  • Bond is equivalent to four weeks rent, held with the Residential Tenancies Authority. A minimum of two weeks rent in advance is required for key release once approved.
